This RV park is the best value for your money in this area. At $350 a month you get sewer, water, electricity (up to 500kw, I only go over in the summer when I have to run the A/C), cable, and WI-FI (which is why I only gave 4 stars, it is hard to receive signal in the trailer but the management is always working to make it better). It is pet and children friendly with a small jungle gym and pool for the summer time. Dogs must be kept and walked on a leash but this no different from any other park I have ever stayed at. Neighbors are friendly and management works very hard to keep riffraff out of the park (it is a combination RV/trailer park). There is no bath house but full hooks up really take away purpose for those. There is a small laundry facility but washers and dryers need updating. Overall, I enjoy living here and will stay again when I return to the area.
Area is kept clean and the management is nice. However, they do not accommodate to families with dogs larger than a cat and it smells like marijuana at night.
Internet is included if you can reach their router. Lot rent is $350 a month but no laundry area.
