The room my family was given was very dirty. Nothing in the room looked clean except for the bed sheets.. There was dirt in the tub, the mini fridge is growing black mold, the wall outlets are broken and half out of the walls, the bathroom wall behind the toilet was broken and the carpet, walls are extremely dirty/stained.. You get what you pay for sadly. My family won't be staying here again.

The room was clean enough. The room I'm staying in has a messed up shower, a.c. and 1 bed. It had a slight odor no worst than any other hotel around this rating. As of this writing the washer and dryer are down. It has great hot and high pressure water in the shower. It is about average over all.
My grandparents live in town in a flood area next to the river. My grandmother is worried about the flooding after Hurricane Andrew and always stays in a hotel during tropical storms now. They are older and both have health issues, but her back is in very bad shape and she can hardly stand, much less climb stairs. We called and booked a room for them for tonight, and confirmed multiple times with the hotel that they would be placed on the bottom floor of the hotel. When my grandparents arrived today, they were told that there were no bottom floor rooms available and had to return home. I understand that there are evacuees in this area, but shame on you for confirming a bottom floor room for a senior couple and then giving someone else that room!
Unfriendly staff. Not clean. Worn out.
